Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Master 13 (“the app,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use the Master 13 iOS game.

Information handled by the app

Master 13 does not require you to create a separate account. Through the app itself, we do not collect your name, email address, physical address, contacts, precise location, photos, or advertising identifiers. If you contact support, we receive the information you voluntarily include in that communication, such as your email address and message.

The app handles the following information to provide its features:

• Game Center information: If you use Game Center, Apple provides the app with your Game Center player identifier and display name. The app uses Game Center for authentication, matchmaking, multiplayer games, friends features, leaderboards, and achievements.
• Gameplay information: During online multiplayer, game actions and match state are exchanged with other players through Apple’s Game Center service.
• Seasonal award verification: Master 13 creates and retains developer-controlled seasonal award records in Apple CloudKit. The records use a one-way hashed version of your Game Center player identifier and may include the season, leaderboard category, placement, award time, and a verification identifier. The app uses the hashed identifier to retrieve awards earned by that player.
• Purchases: In-app purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. We do not receive or store your payment-card details. The app checks Apple-provided transaction and entitlement information to unlock purchased content. Master 13 does not upload or retain your purchase history in developer-controlled storage.
• Local app data: Settings, game progress, statistics, presets, sound preferences, and cosmetic selections may be stored on your device.
• Support communications: If you email support, we use your email address and the contents of your message to respond, investigate the issue, and maintain appropriate support records.

How information is used

The linked player identifier and gameplay or seasonal-award information are collected only for app functionality: operating online features, verifying leaderboard placement, delivering earned seasonal rewards, and preventing duplicate awards. This information is not used for tracking, advertising, marketing, or analytics. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.

Apple services

Master 13 relies on Apple services including Game Center, CloudKit, StoreKit, and the App Store. Apple may process information under its own privacy policy. You can learn more at Apple Privacy.

Retention and deletion

Local app data remains on your device until it is reset within the app, overwritten through normal use, or removed when you delete the app, subject to iOS backup behavior.

Seasonal award-verification records are retained to prevent duplicate awards and preserve leaderboard results. These records are linked to the player through a one-way hash of the Game Center player identifier. To ask about or request deletion of information controlled by Master 13, email us at the address below. Requests involving information controlled by Apple should be managed through your Apple account or directed to Apple.

Support communications are retained only as reasonably necessary to respond, keep support records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. You may request deletion using the contact address below.

Children’s privacy

Master 13 is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information handled by the app. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the app changes. The effective date above will be revised when an updated policy is published.
