Help with gameplay, online matches, and purchases.

Contact support

Email us with a description of the issue, your app version, and the steps that caused it. Please do not include passwords, payment-card information, or other sensitive information.

Restore purchases

Permanent cosmetic purchases can be restored using the Apple Account that originally purchased them:

1. Open Master 13 and go to the Shop.
2. Scroll to the Restore Purchases section.
3. Tap Restore Purchases and allow the App Store check to finish.

Master 13 does not receive your payment-card details. Purchase processing and refunds are handled by Apple.

Game Center and online play

• Confirm that you are signed in to Game Center in iOS Settings.
• Check your internet connection and reopen Master 13.
• Matchmaking may take longer when fewer compatible players are online.
• AI and local play remain available without an online match.
